本文从地震灾害、建筑物、人口、经济、抗震救灾等多方面出发,将自然属性与社会属性进行有效结合,对地震危险性、建筑物抗震性能等影响因素进行详细分析,构建城镇地震灾害风险评价指标体系,以张家口地区16个县区为例,采用专家-层次分析法,建立精细化地震灾害风险评估模型。研究结果表明,城镇建筑物抗震性能普遍较差,怀来县地震灾害风险最大,桥东区、蔚县、涿鹿县、桥西区次之,沽源县、康保县地震灾害风险最小,并对各县区地震灾害风险主要影响因素进行讨论,发现地震风险指数与地形结构、建筑物抗震性能具有相关性,评估结果可为城镇制定防震减灾规划提供依据。 相似文献

This study focused on the experimental examination of how hollow composite members perform when subjected to eccentric lateral loading that induces combined bending and torsional stresses. It was found that premature cracking degraded section integrity and interfered with steel–concrete interaction when members were subjected to combined bending and torsion. It was also found that members' bending capacities and ductilities were significantly reduced when the members were subjected to torsion. Relationships among member performance, magnitude of torsion, and sectional aspect ratios were studied to evaluate the torsional effects on member performances and to establish design references for hollow composite member constructions. 结合新建筑抗震设计规范的要求,采用自编的高层结构三维推覆分析程序(TBPOA)对某复杂体型的高层建筑框架剪力墙结构进行了三维推覆分析研究,对该结构进行了结构抗震整体性能和局部性能的评价。研究结果表明,满足小震强度设计要求并按构造要求配筋的钢筋混凝土柱,在大震作用时可能有部分构件难以满足变形要求,通过推覆分析对构件和结构的变形性能进行评估是很有必要的。 相似文献

The goal of this paper is to present especially the source and the type of liquefaction-related failures of those buildings which satisfied the structural codes of buildings and practices but experienced settlement, tilting and overturning in Adapazari during the Turkey earthquake of August 17, 1999. In this context, the Adapazari region is first evaluated in terms of geological setting, tectonics, seismicity and liquefaction susceptibility based on in situ and laboratory test data. In addition, the number of stories, types of buildings and their related failures have been mapped accordingly. Designing environmentally safe and economically feasible landfills can be a challenging task due to complex interactions that need to be taken into account between landfill size, waste and site characteristics. The main focus of this study is, by interfacing the geographic information systems (GIS) with system simulation models (SSM), to develop a methodology and a landfill design component selection matrix that can enable the determination of landfill design components providing the desired performance with minimal design details. In this paper, the conceptual framework and applications of the developed methodology demonstrating the selection of landfill design components that are suitable for the existing site conditions are presented. The conceptual model defines design variables, performance criteria and design components of a landfill. GIS and SSM are used to handle the site-specific data and to evaluate the landfill performance, respectively. Results indicate that the landfills having the same design characteristics show different performance under different site conditions; therefore, a landfill design that is technically and economically feasible should be selected on the basis of performance. 相似文献
